magic1 wheel mod 3.0 249 (89) (Grand Theft Auto 3)

People padskazhite please where can I find a WORK magic1 wheel mod 3.0 , I heard that for gta 3 he's number 89 for Weiss - 249. I have without his bikes don't work !

if NG gta 3 version then let the reference plz
(I specifically need the wheels from the model was)
