First ban caught for selling. They banned new accounts, reinstalling Windows helped.
The second ban was caught for transferring platinum from a twink. Locked out laptop and desktop. Reinstalling the system didn't help. I took out the RAM sticks / video card, the ban flew off, I registered a new one, I played for 3 days and again I was banned. I changed the motherboard, RAM, processor, video card, to no purpose.

I have a home Internet provider and a Rostelecom SIM card, they also blocked me from the phone. I was able to enter the application after resetting the phone to the factory settings.
