you can open all States or not? (American Truck Simulator)

I don't know, not a fan of dayZ, but judging by the reviews and reviews from dayZ, the situation is much worse, there is even more sluggish going. Here you can see how they work and ETS 2 and ATS, they are supplemented at the same time, so I guess heated interest in the game to return.
