Disable microphone during the game (PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS)

Early in the game they say it's OK play play and stops working so no you don't not hear them but they continue to communicate
I guess or it's all the way out with a microphone
help or tell me how to solve this problem thanks in advance!!!
