Immortal Enemies (Nether)

Don't know, does someone else in this game and visited this forum... But still...
The question actually in the topic title...
The enemies and shoot, and cut them nifiga immortal... although their usual knife with the three strikes killed...
Is that a bug or something, how do you treat it?? or is there only a restart will help??
