Frequent drawdowns and unresponsiveness (Hitman (2016))

recently, the game often has to hang straight at any time, even in menus, though the gameplay.
I can just stand still, and sometimes even in the main menu to sit, but the game just takes and hangs, just randomly pause 5 seconds or more in length, at the most random moments
and in the video at all frame drops noticeable, as though the friezes of some kind, and cruel, impossible to watch

Windows 7, 16GB RAM, PERC i5 4690k and a gtx 960 card 4g, fps are quite satisfied about 40-60 on high

upd; I noticed that in offline mode there is no stuttering in sight - maybe it's denovo Fucks hard?
