Black screen!Could you tell me the solution?! (Syberia 3)

Bought the game on steam downloaded and run the all black screen and nothing simply hangs! PC fit the configuration above the minimal salary ,well and at the very minimum ,the same black screen!after several days downloaded from rutora broken ,installed it and everything is fine once running ,but that's the problem there with a gamepad !But for me what broken when I paid 999 R.)))Guys if anyone knows tell me the solution ?!
