The lag in the second location (Devil May Cry 5)

Recently put repak from Hatab, the game ran fine on medium settings around 50-60 fps.
The second location (where city) began the hard lags. No matter what the graphics settings are not set still terribly laggy.
Downloaded a save for the game, checked other missions. In the locations with the city game, but in the rest everything is OK. Who faced with similar problem? How can I solve?
