The problem with the picture quality (Call of Duty: Warzone)

In short I installed the game, everything is configured appropriately, this is already understand, as playing demanding games for a very long time! But the problem was not long in coming. Start rollers, the image is very clear, such as I put. But after some time, deteriorates the picture quality itlogy as if the resolution is minimal. In the settings everything is the same as I put. The final East games when the area is already small very strong blur to visible large pixels and flickering.

i7 3770 3.40 Ghz (Windows 10 Pro) License (Disabled system protection, optimized for games disabled game mode. (All drivers are up to date, up to the chipset and ssd) in the game (50-65 degree temperature)
Motherboard ASUS 4 laths on 2 installed 8gb (16gb total) ddr4 RAM
Graphics card Asus Dual 1060 to 6gb (55-70 degrees in the game)
The game is installed on ssd Kingston 240gb where a stock is 40 Gb space
Monitor AOC overclocked to 74гц, IPS with very good light output.
Looking for information solving problems but is nowhere said to reinstall the game and shaders, right now I'm doing it right, if the problem disappears, then unsubscribe.
The game settings are simple, play permission 1720-1080 with slider to 100.
When the picture begins to foam this slider is in place, even though I moved the slider higher for 120, still the same picture. In the beginning when you start the 3-5 minutes of the game everything is perfect, then the soap!
