Lag on Windows 10 (Grand Theft Auto 5)

In fact, seven is the best system for games. Especially the old ones. For example, here is GTA 5 top ten, but the seven I had 30-35 fps and above what even out of town! They play very strongly loads the computer( So most likely the problem you have for Windows.

By the way No joke... pirates flew steadily, then at almost ultra settings(the same was for pirates) everything works very strange. In the main city(where in fact the mass of the objects) FPS live their life from 40 to 60, is it worth it to go out of town sometimes 25-40 O_o th for game damn... again I will Repeat - pirates on the ULTRA flew, scaling did NOT indulge.
