Game crashes + - Bug chair. (The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion)

Good time of day.
Eighty hours later, after a bunch of quests, I continued to run the storyline.
Reached Svyatilischa Dagon, where you had to pick up the Mysterium of Xarxa.
And here the fun began, the flight for departure, the game and the flight, transfer to another location, to hang (the progress bar is not moving for a long time).
With grief in half quest completed and got out of the cave.
Before all this of course was a rip off, if you move from location to location, but there were a couple of times in the last 1-2 hours began to fly or hang.
There are also crashes when the game is minimized.

When they reached the city, I decided to sit down on a chair next to the NPC you want to talk (landing not included in the condition of the conversation, did it for the entourage).
Brought in a chair, pressed E and instead of the usual animations, landing on a chair, the character just stands and does not react to the movement.
After about five seconds unstuck, however, he sits on the chair and stands, but judging by the fact that it is impossible to move it formally sits.
Click on E, again sticking character (standing beside the chair) and again after about five seconds unstuck and moving.

Win10x64, video R9 390, percents i5 4570, 16GB RAM.
It threatens me reinstalling the game or something can be repaired otherwise?
Associated these two issues, the bug with animation of the landing and crashes?

I'd say it's because of mods, but those times you can say no...
Unless the boot order of the crack a bit right, it needs to be loaded after all the main mods, and you are to scatter. But still, I doubt that it would cause such problems.
Of course, you can try Map Marker Overhaul, suddenly he broke down. And if all else fails, start checking game files on steam.
Another option broke save, then it can help any program to clean save or you can save (make new save) from the console go into the testing room (aka the room of the developer) and to wait there two days game time and again to keep (the new save). Code to move: coc testinghall

Remains an option with cleaning save.

The culprit landing on a chair was found, is the addition Knights of the Nine.
Disable it, everything is normal, do not include sits.

If clean saving, better than using the console and the quest room, as I wrote a couple of posts above, programs can corrupt your save, and notice it after only a couple of hundred hours of play

Weirdness at the end of the quest is not detected at the end of all the NPCs, except the blacksmith standing on the street both day and night.
