SMOD:Tactical REDUX 1.1 (Half-Life 2)

I will begin immediately with the problem.
When you run the mod(REDUX Tactical) via SMOD:Standalone. But gets error"Could not load library client.
I'm all Internet searched,no solution found. None helped. I can suggest a solution to this problem?
