Stuck on the job. (Deus Ex: Human Revolution)

Just started playing and decided if you get the side effects the first thing to pass them. Once it was out of the office I found two or three major assignments and two effects. Turned off all tasks but one of the side effects and started looking for how to get to the icon indicating where the job is. A game that was a maze and I started across the County to look for how to get to the job and accidentally looked into the clinic prosthesis. Started the cut scene dialogue with a doctor and I don't remember, I probably overloaded with early sohranki... but the clinic prosthesis to perform has not yet become. After completing all basic and additional job back to the job in the clinic prosthesis. I went, the doctor is not visible, the icon indicates the store at the clinic, bought 2 of praxis, but the icon is not gone, looked at the job - need to talk with the doctor, I found in the last surgery, in the cut scene she said that Sharif helps the clinic money... And that's it, no new jobs and an icon of the same job hangs in the computer clinic where I bought the praxis. Really have to start the whole game again?
