At what resolution you play? Oddly enough, the game is VERY demanding on the RAM and VRAM (of 1.5 - 2 times more than the Witcher 3). - Disabled the paging file the game need 16GB of RAM for Full HD. So put a minimum of 8Gb of swap file, reduce texture quality, turn off depth of field and motion blur. Shadows, lighting, effects, shaders and put it on medium quality. Should be better.
