Guild and bonuses classes (Dungeon Lords)

I immediately apologize to the moderator for creating a new topic:) Yes, I agree that threads with titles like: Help!, What?, Who is to blame? etc. etc. just clog up the forum and prevent to navigate. It's not in the manual, although it should be. Which classes, where and how can I obtain(for example, I want to be a samurai, not a monk, although only suggesting it!)? What bonuses have classes(I got a Marauder for a light pair, and want sredneye or even heavy)? What classes are incompatible(the first time I played, I kind of said, like: ...you went the way of the warrior, path of the magician is closed to you.. or something like that, can't remember)?
