Circumcision of view at low resolution (Terraria)

With reduced resolution, the character becomes more and my review is very much curtailed. Okay interface, which becomes outrageously large, but the review is limit why?

My kompik very weak, I play with 800x600, all happy, even the interface on the entire screen. Retro lighting helps, the game flies by, but do not want to include. 2D toy and not at maximum speed. Taskbar!

The question is - is it possible to zoom out the camera?
