To install this mod, or should I say, custom/fanmade DLC, simply put the ARKHAMKNIGHTSKIN folder in SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Batman Arkham Knight\DLC\313100. If you don't have a folder named 313100 in Batman Arkham Knight\DLC\, then put it in any other numbered folder in there. Nothing complicated.
