The orbital strike
Attention all units! The Orbital strike is coming on Live servers. Players are able to pump the Orbital Strike Uplink in section Depot and install it via the build system. After the Orbital Strike Uplink is charged, players can mark the location of the orbital strike with the sighting device and cause devastating orbital strike at this location.
New and improved implant system
The implant system has been completely redesigned to become more attractive and useful, and also to remove negative players from the old system.
Energy to use implants is no longer needed, instead introduced a new resource ISO 4, with which you can pump your implants.
Old implants will be converted to ISO-4. Duplicate implants can also be processed into ISO-4.
All players will get a free implant of the first level of Safeguard, and Target Focus.
Additional sets of implants can be purchased for Certificates or Daybreak Cash in the Depot section.
At the moment the new system is available the following implants:
Target Focus - shows the level of health sasatani goals and increases the breath-hold (for sniping).
Safeguard - reduces damage received for a short period of time after the resurrection
Ammo Printer - Periodically regenerates ammo for you and your equipment.
Assimilate - Killing enemies in the head restores your shield (blue bar above health)
Battle Hardened - Reduces the screen shake caused by damage and explosions.
Vampire - heals when killing enemies with melee weapons.
Catlike - Reduces the penalty to movement speed sit.
Sweeper HUD - displays information about the distance to the target and automatically detects nearby explosive.
Safe Fall - reduces fall damage.
Regeneration - when the player takes damage a short period of time, the implant begins to restore health.
Counter-Intelligence - Automatically detects goals that cause you damage, and gives you a warning when you spoted enemy.
Minor Cloak - Remaining stationary, a certain amount of time, the player goes invisible.
Rigid barrier (Hardlight Barrier)
Engineers can now unlock and install to your inventory Hardlight Barrier, which, when deployed, provides protection to the chest from incoming attacks.
Was added to the Directive "Draw Fire", and also added gaining experience from using a Hardlight Barrier. The experience you get when enemies who damage your Barrier are killed.
The Directive "Draw Fire" was also added to the tree the directives of the Engineer.
Spartan armor (Spartan Armor)
A new set of armor from Player Studio for the New Conglomerate available on the market. The kit is designed fuzzbuket.
Continents
The ultimate imbalance of populations of the factions on the continent was reduced from 15% to 10%.
Made adjustments to system Reinforcements, to choose more good places to spawn. Increased the maximum number of available spawn from 2 to 3.
The East and West anti-tank turrets on the Crown (The Crown) are now anti.
Added a connection (link) between the Rime Analytics and Eisa Mountain Pass.
Building system
Introduced additional parameters in different buildings (building system players), to reduce the number of exploited locations of bases.
In the bunkers is now the terminal for the infantry. The terminals are powered by an active Silo (drums).
Deployable Decon Tool renamed Deconstruction Tool
Various improvements of lines (most likely we are talking about the labels where you enter information about the kernel state, etc. - approx. Choropleth)
Added the banners of the factions in the "Scenery" section "Construction".
Anti-personnel turret bases that players build (AI Phalanx Turret)
Dev note: the Effectiveness of anti-personnel turret, which is controlled by the AI are reduced. These changes affect turrets only when they are controlled by the AI module.
Cone of Fire increased from 1.45 to 2
Damage reduced from 200@10m - 167@85m to 125@10m - 75@50m
Infantry
Knives got a new animation types.
TRAP M1
Dev note: these changes should increase the range and accuracy in firing mode for 2 rounds, and increase the differences between shooting modes 2 and 3 of the cartridge.
The tooltip no longer mentions the mode of a single lamp.
Horizontal pulling of the recoil in firing mode 2 cartridge reduced from 0.4375 to 0.15
The dispersion of bullets when firing in scope mode shooting 2 cartridges reduced from 0.07 to 0.06
The dispersion of bullets when firing from the hip in firing mode 2 of the cartridge is reduced from 0.14 to 0.12
Different
AVA armor can be purchased for each class separately in addition to the existing set of armor (AVA Armor bundle).
C-4 you can disarm with the instrument engineer (Engineer Repair Tool)
Removed all range of certificates for weapons from a list page flow certificates.
Dev note: Support for this feature was in poor condition. In the future we will consider the possibility of a return of this feature as soon as we find the best way to support it.
Bug fixes
Calibration NSX Kabuto.
Damage with explosives again will give experience for assistance in kills (assists).
Various fixes for Building Bases for players to exclude (or reduce) the possibility of exploits

Fixes non-working decals.

Known issues
We plan to resolve these issues in the next hotfix.
Tools targeting for Orbital strike and Ion cannons are not very well compatible with each other. If you have one in your ladude, and then you choose another, you will not be able to shoot from this new pointer. In order to get around the problem just select any weapon in your ladude, and then return to problemname the pointer - it will work fine.
The timer activation of the implant Minor cloak is triggered shortly after the start of the firing of your weapon, you stop shooting and will not be able to continue to shoot until you disable Minor cloak.
Infantry terminals inside the renovated bunkers only display VS graphics/color no matter which faction you play. Despite this, functionally, the terminals will work correctly.
