Problems with the in-game Internet in GTA IV (Grand Theft Auto 4)
After the installation of the Fifth official patch for GTA 4 on PC (1.0.0.4) and GTA IV ASI LOADER 1.0.2.0 b and EFC20 ERROR FIX (a plugin for asi loader'a , which allows bypass error EFC20 ,) now can't sit behind a computer in an Internet cafe. All the rest of the rules work. Can someone suggest what can be done ?hmmm.. only when working with 2D..

I'm having a problem with Internet clubs, when I go to the computer on the screen a lot of noise, mostly solid decals. Can someone tell me what this is and how to fix it?

try to load previous saves or downloaded from the Internet and check if the problem disappear. If not, try to reinstall the game. By the way, fashion any set?
Have on Juan (the game with the 360 through backwards compatibility) was a glitch - the LB button is not active and you cannot turn on the computer, therefore, almost the same fucking check! Went home, created a new save game and it loaded - it worked.
Don't know what the necessary patches to put? Simply save, reboot and everything be repaired or the game on a pinch - yourself brain testwuide... together with the ox!:)
