When you start says file is missing MF.dll found,put...At startup now I get an error 0xc000007b, and have everything reinstalled,updated wood and system was demolished,not helping....

Try to manually delete the files d3dx9_24.dll - d3dx9_43.dll from C:\Windows\System32 and C:\Windows\SysWOW64 and then reinstall DirectХ.
