Yes think what mods you recently put and turn it off if it starts it will help and there is already possible to check to enable queue what mod is faulty

Put NMM (Nexus Mod Manager) better yet a bunch of Wray and Bash there are 2 options 1) an Old BOSS 2) LOOT Updated, and look for compatible mods.
Sometimes missing one NMM to understand whether there are mods or instill ESM (Master file) files are present. Often the game crashes because of the lack of Master files, because they contain scripts.
