Trade (Deus Ex: Mankind Divided)

Played 4 hours, but did not understand - the game can or cannot sell things (weapons, etc.) the merchants, as in the last game? visited 5 merchants with a truck on the minimap, but nobody wants to buy anything, what is this nonsense?

Of course you can,when you come into the trade menu,on the left two icons,upper buying lower and selling.
And not all merchants do trade,some of it is just extras,hell knows why it did.
