Phahahaha on my fx6350 and r7 370 4gb, 16GB RAM on ultra 30-35... and he 60))))))

the settings file is separate from the game folder, so deleting the game it does not affect, but about 60 fps on ultra rubbing is not necessary - with the amount of RAM you have so high fps is unlikely to receive unless the resolution will be 800x600 and you'll get to play outside the LAN.
