No so For a monitor with a frequency of 144Hz and 1440p resolution you need at least standard cable HDMI 2.0 or DisplayPort 1.2. For 4K monitors, with a frequency of 144Hz will need to use the HDMI cable 2.1 or, alternatively, DisplayPort 1.4 which is able to transfer the image on the 120Hz level without compression.
