hanging in the processes at startup (Inside)

run it,the process hangs,and the start of the game is not happening,please help,can who faced a similar problem,maybe someone knows the solution,windows 10 pro

Was somehow at me such crap with other games... the Problem was in Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 to 2015... check what would each version was in a single copy that is C++ 2005-2015 x86 and x64, etc. take Extra if there are any.
