The problem with the mutations (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Hi all. The problem is that it is not open to mutation, quest was held, a section in the skill menu opened up, click on the mutation, skill points spent, but not open. Game reinstalled several times, did not help. Can someone faced with this?
