The frieze with the experience (The Elder Scrolls Online)

Good afternoon, I have a quite annoying problem in the game
Namely
When you play and kill mobs and gain experience with them, is micro the frieze (during the experience)
The game itself is excellent 80-100 fps
Here is my config:
I7 4770
Rx 580 8gb
RAM 16gb 1600mhgz
The game installed on 7200rpm hdd
If anyone else encountered this problem, please help and suggest solution so as discomfort
