there depends on the composition of the whole penthouse, I have a full (all rooms and maintenance) and like about 2k per day gaming for maintenance remove.
such question: how much can you have real estate? nightclubs/games, bases, bunkers, clubhouses? is the number limited to the total amount or can I only buy without restrictions?
