\"Take Mogul to the hangar\" (Grand Theft Auto 5)

Can't accomplish the mission, the plane just standing there. Even the other videos I looked at them the hangar itself opens, clip shows, and so on. And I don't. Tried to change the session to reenter. What's the problem, what am I doing wrong?
