Something strange with the save (Grand Theft Auto 4)

Downloaded the game GTA 4, ran it, didn't register, just start the game and the game
started...to save the game the usual way and the AutoSave worked ....a few days don't know what happened, I entered the game and saved games are gone, my settings also reset,
began to write that I came from your account and you need to sign in or play offline, but HOW? Read in
the Internet you need to press the Home button and everything is done, but I that doesn't work, press the button, nothing
appears instead of the word LIVE at the bottom of the written word SOCIAL CLUB, which is also not working ... Maybe someone knows what the problem is and how to fix it?
NOTE: Before this game, I downloaded GTA 4, but from another site, it did not work for me because it was completely in English, but I'm still a bit played and saved a game, then I deleted that and downloaded the one mentioned above, but it immediately loaded my saved game from the previous (English version). And then everything disappeared, ceased to work saving. Help, please!
