Visual customization (Skins,heads) (Borderlands 3)

There was such problem,bought 2 DLS of course got the heads,skins and key chains.BUT when you step into the closet in addition to the standard goals, and so on. nothing.Is there a solution or is it just me?(The head count shown 11/33)and the slider does not go below.
