Voice chat Xbox One's (Call of Duty: Warzone)

I can tell who knows xbox one's, playing with friends (they have a ps4 ) but I cannot hear them and they me,but between them everything is OK, what's the problem? In the settings everything works,in the lobby there was no sound in the chat. In other games it works,so it's not my ears
