Seriously?) a direct goal of Velen, where the moves does not matter. Tried from different locations, I have already mentioned it

Clicking on the map (opens a space on the keyboard) on Velen or Novigrad, you still get a General map of Velen-Novigrad with moving points.
Ask the question again - so how and where to move???

Thanks for the educational program? now I understand what my error is. I thought white garden village located in Velenje, and was sure that Velen and Novigrad are two different locations. I bow ?
