Friezes on any graphics settings (Doom Eternal)

Hello people)
The problem is this:
on all graphics presets moments of frieze, you can play but causes severe discomfort, the graphics card is loaded at 55-65 percent.
to monitor the Fps is stable 60 Fps, rarely drop to 57, but the picture is still twitching(

asus 6gb 1060
ram 16 gb 3000 mhz
