The bug at the entrance to the freak show (Control)

Good day!

There is a bug in the dialogue with the boss at the entrance to the PANOPTICON. I think his name is Langston.

The problem is that nothing happens. When you press the F key, trying to start dialogue, they stupidly start to look at each other like two rams. There is no dialogue, any button does not respond, cannot be undone. Look stupid and all.
