Is there a way to convert save from 1.32 to 1.31? (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

I've played the Witcher and decided to install the mod Always Full Exp, but the mod only works for version 1.31, so I downloaded the 1.32 to 1.31 patch, but now I can't load the save because they were made in version 1.32. Is there any way to skonvertiruet or something?
