I have the same situation, stick a graphics card and no signal on the monitor, everything is working, the computer turns on, graphics card lights up and fan runs, but the computer just ignore it, no beeps and everything as if it is not, put it on another computer, the video card turns on mystic :( all components are working, but the signal on the monitor no.
