Ice spike deals only fire damage + frost + magic fire
Fireball deals only fire damage + frost + magic fire

In the description of the spells written fire/ice damage
Where does ice damage ?
Against bidiwala spell becomes useless they just get frozen.

In my opinion where it was in the description, that is the maximum of damage. And I do not understand why you are using them, when there is a Ghost arrow (or whatever it is).

Found how to return ice damage.
You need to remove Sigl on armor penetration.
