Complete the game entirely without mods. Keep the saves in a safe place. Start a new game with the mod. Enjoy.
And you will have the saves for the achievements, and safes for fun.

I don't know. If you choose between modes and get achievements, then achievements for me personally are the dense forest. Fashion is much more important than any achievements.

In the game folder should be a file AchievementsModsEnabler.log. There should be written, to be activated if achieve.
