Decided to come back again. And to start, as the Council fathers with anarki.
Passed three acts of normal, relying more on fireball than enchant.
Found even bloodthisty and a couple uniques, and all was well until he came to Council and there were doubts about the viability of anarki. Several passes of static and a couple of dead standards helped MEF identity normally and quickly died.

Damage fire ball (LVL 3 staff +2) 22-33 is not enough absolutely.
Enchant adds 29-45, but likely to be ~56% - little chance.
