Infinite loading (Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution)

Faced with the problem in the contest: D grade (5 contest). After selecting 3 characters for the competition is endless download. Always write that idea in a competition of grade A and S, my game crashes and infinite loading(the circle in the bottom right corner :D). Tried to change language from Russian to English and nothing changed. Who faced such problem?
