error 40060000 on PS4 (Need for Speed (2015))

Hello, could you tell how can I fix this error. bought the game but it gave a startup error 40060000 cannot connect to the EA servers. tried to reinstall but nothing helped. if someone is faced with this problem, could you suggest a solution to the problem.

I also thought so at first this waited a couple months and this error has not disappeared. I bought the game approximately in October but it vserovno not started already that only did not do.
