Error starting!! (Need for Speed (2015))

When you start the game immediately crash,the license was bought not in Russia,iron allows you to run the game and play at a high,the Internet is all reviewed exactly my mistake is not there,don't know what to do,can somebody help!!!

please tell me. I bought NfS on PS4 but the first and subsequent runs, it generates error 40060000 saying cannot connect with server EA. tried to reinstall did not help. can you tell what to do with it?
