Found how to change Russian language (Windows 10):
1. Open the folder with the established game.
2. Go to the folder Config then to Text.
3. In the folder open the file English using Notepad, select all content and press Ctrl + C.
4. Next, open the file American select all and press Ctrl + V, save the changes.
5. Go in the game and enjoy the Russian localization.
