Strogg Empire Mod (Quake 2)

Empire Strogg is a mod in development for Quake 2. Currently aims to make Quake 2 MP more attractive to a modern audience (basically grew up on Quake 3), adding hit-sound for feedback, 125 HP on respawn, quick switch weapons and other enhancements. In addition, it is planned to add bots and a small SP campaign in celebration of the 20th anniversary of Quake 2. In the end, it is planned to make a private client for fashion to make it possible Project Relight (HD listmap with normal map & specular attenuation) that will be included in this mod.

Good idea. And then I thought, but I'm still doing something for this game ))
The graphics engine can take an existing one. For example bers, but it is a choice.
Since I mult not particularly interesting, using the kmquake2 for singles. And therefore more interested in the single-player campaign, what do you do...
20th anniversary of Quake 2, yeah... sure. Somewhere towards the end of the year it will be like. Just now doing a new project, it is possible and to coincide with the anniversary )
