GG teleports, objects fly in homes (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

The problem I have is this - the character periodically teleports to a few meters, NPS is also sometimes teleport and fly, and when I went to Dragon Limit I have all the dishes the books and stuff started flying all over the building. What can be the reason? No mods are installed. Version - Legendary Edition (Not Special).

You have more than 60fps.. Put a lock or over & under. (include)

In the launcher settings turn on vertical sync. May also be referred to as VSync. This will help.

I not that the plane , had to put a limit on Bandicam at 60 FPS because the monitor 144Гц and when you turn the rifle gives 144 FPS all the jumps and flies .

I have 9 FPS and I enjoy playing skyrim and try your brains with such FPS burst .

The same problem in Legendary with the monitor at 120 Hz. And holds not less than 114, but terribly buggy. Thought Special would be no problem... but (if you haven't played it) there is also glitches and is necessary to limit the framerate ugly 60.
