Looking for mod (XCOM 2)

Don't remember where I saw the mod, maybe here, maybe not here. At least on NG Chet is not found.

Mod is associated with glare detachment. By default the game if someone saw something light up the entire squad.

And this mod prevents all light and only seen to glow. Well, something like that)))
