PLEASE HELP! warning connection problem. (Counter-Strike)

the problem is cs 1.6 . HELP PLIZ, PAY THE MONEY!!!

Connected to the Internet 11 Mbps on the sec, using a modem - router thomson tcw710 connected somehow through the TV(in the wall of a hole). The problem is when I play cs with on the TeamSpeak or talking on Skype, lost connection and cs 1.6 is written WARNING: CONNECTION PROBLEM and have to do retry in thomson. Sometimes all plows can play cs with TEAMSPEAK, but not often.
What to do? How to fix?
