Error 0xc000007b (Batman: Arkham Asylum)

I have Windows 10 64 bit, it was like, a year ago I bought this laptop, download a lot of games and this bug flew constantly , 100000 times trying to fix it I then scored and started to play online games like a fun game then ,a week ago I still decided to try your luck , I think, but you never know , maybe a ride, and wah, it turned out certainly not immediately started, first, in most installation the program was some sort of error,xinput1_3 was not enough, then when you run BM launcher crashes error , they were eliminated easily, like nuts, and it worked, and other games, but suddenly , I don't know what happened, but something snapped , or something, but I had to completely reinstall Windows and format the drives, and in fact the start to live the laptop from scratch and now , I'm downloading the first from the same site I see this error, well I think okay , will download right now from the same site, will install with the same program, but no, crashes that stupid error, I tried everything I found on the Internet, and download - installed C++ from 2005 to 2017, and (don't know how to spell) Phai x installed, and .NET FRAMEWORK ( it seems so is written), and direct x which are not downloaded and in the folder with the game and the latest, tried to search for files which are not in the folder system 32 and system 64 to remove, is not found. Guys, I beg you , give advice of some sort, this is the game of my childhood, when my grandparents bought me an xbox 360, I played it 24/7 but now can't with my grandmother to meet , not the xbox to get it.....Please help
