Manual gear shift (Overpass)

Not working manual gear shift. In the settings disable automatic and it still works and does not switch to manual. Tried keyboard, gamepad and wheel. Who's playing, just like you.
Game version 1.0 build 14551. Play to Win.7 x64.
It turned out that the manual switch works, but only to powerful machines, and for the weak (primary) - automatic only.
